Strategy & Approach

Audionote delivered fully integrated workplace technology solutions for Bathu’s head office, integrating infrastructure, security, communication, and Audio-Visual systems into one cohesive environment.

Our approach focused on:

Establishing a secure and controlled access environment across the facility

Security systems were implemented across the premises, including access control with time and attendance functionality, perimeter and internal CCTV coverage, and intrusion detection for key access points.

A robust ICT backbone was deployed, including structured cabling, network switching, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems, ensuring reliable connectivity across office and warehouse environments.

Boardrooms were equipped with integrated Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing solutions, supporting Zoom-based collaboration and flexible BYOD/BYOM use. A distributed AV system also allows for dynamic content switching across multiple display environments.

To enhance the overall workplace environment, a zoned background music solution was implemented across offices, warehouse, and communal areas, creating a consistent and engaging experience for staff.
