Established in 2003, Household of Christ Church began with just 20 chairs in a family home. Over the years, the congregation steadily grew, moving through multiple venues before securing land in Mooikloof, Pretoria, to build a 1000+ seater permanent place of worship.

The vision was clear: create a “forever home” — a solid, future-focused environment that would support worship, community, teaching, and digital outreach for years to come.

To support this growth, the church required a fully integrated, future-proof Audio, Video, and Lighting solution capable of delivering both live worship experiences and in-house content production.

Audionote delivered a campus-wide, Integrated Worship Audio-Visual and Lighting ecosystem designed for scalability, flexibility, and broadcast-quality production.

The solution was built around a dedicated AV-over-IP (AVoIP) and ICT backbone, enabling seamless routing of video and audio signals across the entire campus. This infrastructure allows content to be distributed from any source to any destination — from the main auditorium to overflow areas, mothers’ rooms, reception, and communal spaces.

Key elements of the deployment included:

The design ensures intuitive operation while delivering powerful production capabilities — supporting live services, recording, streaming, and future expansion without structural limitations.

Digital signage, projection, etc, is administered using AVoIP infrastructure, via Gefen transmitters and receivers, giving super flexibility and expansion possibilities. This enables the client to send Video/AV from any source, to any destination, on the AVoIP network in the campus.
